Word bullet points are like a Wand of Wonder. Type some new
text below a bulleted list and then roll d% to determine the effect:

bullets in the list, with no way to change the bullet size.
16-30
Previous paragraph phase-shifts and is indented 2" for no
discernible reason. If you try to unindent it, it won't line up with other
text above or below it--it's permanently out of phase with the rest of the
document.
31-45
Following paragraph phase-shifts.
46-55
Entire document phase shifts 6" with the entire document
occupying a 1" column on the right side of the page.
56-70
A new bullet is created, but with a different bullet style
alltogether: numbers to dots, dots to dashes, etc.
71-80
All previous bullet points switch to H1 text.
81-90

91-98

current location.
